Is a care plan the same as insurance?
No. A care plan is a service contract for eligible maintenance and repairs. Where any element is regulated insurance we say so clearly in the terms and price breakdown.
How quickly can you attend?
Same or next-working-day appointments are available in most postcodes for standard faults, subject to engineer availability.
What if the repair isn't possible?
If your appliance is beyond economical repair we tell you before you commit. You'll only pay the diagnostic fee (if applicable) and we'll help you decide next steps.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes. All plans include a 14-day cooling-off period and can be cancelled at any time after that, with pro-rata rules explained in the terms.
